Anna MacGillivray, Honours Thesis Student
Anna (She/her) is a research assistant at the IVY Lab. She is from Antigonish, NS, and graduated in 2025 with a BSc with honours in Applied Forensic Psychology. Anna has aspirations to further her education and become a psychologist. Under Dr. Lambe's supervision, she completed her honours thesis, using a virtual reality paradigm to explore how victimization and anxiety influence bystander intervention. When not in the lab, Anna enjoys getting outside, exercising, reading, and cooking!

Emilia Stewart, Honours Thesis Student
Emilia (she/they) is a fifth year honours student at St. Francis Xavier University, pursuing an honours degree in psychology. Emilia graduated from StFX in 2025 with a honours degree in Health. She is from Ottawa, Ontario, and hopes to pursue a career in medicine. Emilia is a research assistant to Dr. Lambe and is working on her second honours thesis under Dr. Lambe's supervision, conducting a program evaluation of Waves of Change, a sexual violence intervention program at StFX. In her free time, Emilia enjoys painting and reading.
Julia Byron, Honours Thesis Student
Julia (she/her) is a graduated honours student at St. Francis Xavier University. She is currently working as a research assistant at the IVY Lab. Julia is from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and hopes to pursue a degree in clinical psychology. Julia conducted her honours thesis research under the supervision of Dr. Redden and co-supervision of Dr. Lambe, looking at cognitive factors (eye tracking data) that influences bystander intervention. Outside of the lab Julia enjoys spending time with her loved ones, reading, cooking, and watching true crime documentaries!

Madison Conrad, Honours Thesis Student
Madison (she/her) is a fourth-year honours student at St. Francis Xavier University taking a BA in Applied Forensic Psychology. She is from Ottawa, Ontario and hopes to pursue clinical psychology after she graduates. Madison is currently conducting research under the supervision of Dr. Lambe and is a research assistant in the IVY Lab. She is currently working on a direct study project exploring the differences in witnessing bullying, defending behaviours, and mental wellness among LGBTQ+ youth relative to their Cisgender/Heterosexual (Cis/Het) peers.
